Meet the Team

Christian Estrada is a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) with specialized training and expertise in orthopedics and spine rehabilitation. He earned his DPT from Texas State University. He is board-certified in orthopedic physical therapy with extensive training in spinal pathology, post-operative care, and wellness. Dr. Estrada is dedicated to helping people find a more pain-free lifestyle that allows them to perform at any level of activity. He is certified in dry needling, blood flow restriction training, advanced spinal manipulation technique, and focused soft tissue mobilization. 

During his free time, he is dedicated to spending time with his wife and son, along with their two dogs. They enjoy spending time outdoors, traveling, and exploring the best places to eat in the city.
